Software Developer, Networking

As a Software Developer - Networking, you will work within a supportive team in an agile continuous delivery organization. You will collaborate with designers and engineers to help deliver product capabilities and features to our groundbreaking cloud-based product Tehama. Your focus will be on layer 2 and layer 3 networking between customer sites and our multi-cloud environment, designing and building systems to make it seamless for customers to experience the Tehama DaaS platform.

L2 Technical Support Analyst (Bilingual)

In this role, you will care for our customers by providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support to clients remotely! Assist and provide guidance to Tehama Technical Representatives (L1). Analyze & diagnose root cause errors and resolving challenging issues relating to software applications, Windows OS, SQL Server databases and other related technologies. Be a key contributor to the planning & implementation of multiple projects that support the operational excellence & scale of the client technical support team

Presales Manager

As a Tehama Presales Manager, your role is to support Tehama Sales throughout the sales process in the successful acquisition, retention and expansion of Tehama customers. As a Tehama Subject Matter Expert, you are expected to stay current with the latest Tehama technology and to maintain close working relationships with internal Tehama technical and service teams. In support of successful selling, you also possess or will possess an understanding and appreciation for prospect/customer issues, challenges and opportunities.

Territory Sales Executive

As a Tehama Territory Leader, your role is to inform and execute on the Sales strategies specific to your Territory assignment, for the successful acquisition, retention and expansion of Tehama customers. As a Tehama sales lead, you are expected to stay current with the latest Tehama positioning, messaging and technology. In support of successful strategic selling, you also possess or will possess an understanding and appreciation for prospect/customer issues, challenges and opportunities.
