Tehama has been a very exciting journey for me so far. Solving complex problems in innovative ways is what drives me to work here. I love the collaborative culture here, where everyone goes above and beyond to help each other out. We're encouraged and sponsored to take online courses to expand our knowledge and skills, which I greatly take advantage of. Although it is a startup, I still enjoy a great work-life balance with ample vacation time and other great benefits. All in all, I'd highly recommend anyone looking for a fun yet challenging place to work and grow.

Working with Tehama has been a learning and rewarding experience. As a Technical Analyst, you get the best of both worlds, as you get to build on both your Technical skill and your Soft skill, like communicating with clients, project management, resource prioritization, amongst others.
